Data collected and purposes
- Contact form: name, email address, message. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in handling the enquiries we receive.
- Quote request: contact details and information about your needs. Purpose: to prepare a commercial proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Job applications (“Join us” section): identity, contact details, CV and professional information. Purpose: to manage recruitment. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
- Audience measurement: browsing data collected by Google Analytics, only with your consent given through the cookie banner.
Recipients
Your data is intended only for authorised DM SECURITY staff and for its technical service providers (hosting, email, audience measurement), who are bound by confidentiality. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.
Retention periods
- Contact and quote requests: 3 years from the last contact.
- Unsuccessful job applications: 2 years, unless you object.
- Cookies and trackers: 13 months maximum; your choice is stored for 6 months.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decision or European Commission standard contractual clauses).

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings icon. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function do not require consent.
Your rights
